Your advisor commits to handling your complaint
within the following deadlines:
- A maximum of ten working days from the receipt of the complaint to
acknowledge receipt, unless the response itself is provided to the client within this period.
- A maximum of
two months between the date of receiving the complaint and the date of sending the response to the client,
