Your advisor commits to handling your complaint
within the following deadlines:
- A maximum of ten working days from the receipt of the complaint to
acknowledge receipt, unless the response itself is provided to the client within this period.
- A maximum of
two months between the date of receiving the complaint and the date of sending the response to the client,
unless specific circumstances duly justified occur.
Until the client is satisfied, the complaint is
